Frank P. Primiano, Jr., PhD  Executive Vice President
         

Frank is a respected biomedical engineer and researcher who co-founded a successful medical device service organization. He received his BS in mechanical engineering from Drexel University, his doctorate in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve, and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.

His areas of expertise are in biomedical modeling, medical instrumentation, and healthcare equipment. He has investigated the breathing response of the ventilatory system to changes in its mechanical properties, studied conventional and high-frequency ventilation, and developed automated pulmonary function testing procedures.

Frank has served on the faculty of Case Western Reserve University and was a founding partner and manager of an independent service company dealing with respiratory equipment. Frank has published extensively and continues to participate in professional activities in the respiratory care and anesthesia communities.
